During my High School year in 2007/2008 I worked with a lot of different dogs.I’d like to mention some of them here.

Rudy

Rudy is an 8 year old Border Terrier who had been retired from Agility for four years. I got him out of his retirement and we showed everyone that he was still able to kick some butts.  Rudy didn’t really have reliable contacts, or weave entries, or a table sit, but we made it through pretty good every time.  I ran Rudy in AKC and USDAA.Most of the ribbons I got (50 ribbons!), I got with the Rudman. I had a lot of fun with him. Although he can be quite naughty, he is still very cute when he looks at you with the only emotion in his face saying: “Give me the food!” Huge thanks to Marc and Kathy Sheeran for giving me Rudy to train and compete with and for sponsoring me! Rotert’s Titan Moon of Saturn

Ti is a 7 years old Chinese Crested Powder Puff Dog. If Vets would diagnose Attention- Deficit Syndrome in dogs, Ti would have it. He is very easily distracted and it is hard for him to concentrate on something for a longer period of time. However, if he stays focused, he is very quick and smart. I worked with Ti for about 9 months and he gained more and more focus and self-control. At Agility trials he was even more distracted, but we had some nice runs and Ti got his CPE Level 1 Standard Title and his Level 1 Fun Title. Ti taught me to be patient and to never give up. That way I learned to be happy about even the littlest progress and the smallest successes. Thanks to Mary Rotert for making it possible for me to train and compete with Ti and for sponsoring me!

Sadie

Sadie is a nice Australian Shepherd bitch. I trained her from time to time and had a few runs at trials with her. Sadie is very correct and reliable. She is in the more advanced grades of CPE, so the courses were more fun to run. It was a lot of fun to train and compete with such an experienced dog. Thank you, Marilynn for letting me run Sadie!

Gabby

I haven’t been in the US very long when I went to my first CPE Trial with Ti. Right after we arrived, I was asked by I woman I never met before whether I would run her Golden Retriever. After I got to know her dog Gabby, I agreed. Gabby and I had a fun weekend and she did great. She ran very reliable, except for the poles. It was fun to run her. Thanks, Stacie
